The listed building was constructed in the 18th century. Timber from that time gives the house its unique and warm character. Also we were very delicate about light rooms and underfloor heating. The windows in the sleeping and sitting rooms have mosquito nettings attached. All furniture has been carefully chosen.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with an open fitted kitchen and a fireplace; also the terrace and the winter garden. In the kitchen you will find a combined refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and induction cooker. For your entertainment you will find a HD-TV, a DVD and CD player with radio. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and towel radiators as well as one the bed rooms.
The the other bedrooms can be found on the first floor, together with another bathroom with tub and shower, towel radiators and the sauna.
We offer bed linen, two towels for each person, dish towels, washing-up liquid, toilet paper as well as a travel cot and a high chair.
Please note that we purposefully do not offer an internet connection in the house.
Firewood can be acquired for the amount of 3 Euros through the caretaker.
Please note that animals are not allowed on the premises.
We also offer two parking spaces at the „Bauernschänke” (see „Directions”).

High season starts in April until October, as well as Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Under tax law, every guest who stays in the community of Lübbenau is required to pay a tax (Kurtaxe), which is used to create and to maintain the tourism infrastructure.
Minimum stay is 5 nights during high season and 3 nights during low season. In case of booking gaps during high season it is also possible to book shorter stays. Please note that there is a minimum of 3 days. Please write to info@ferien-am-fliess.de.

Supernice holiday in a wonderful holiday house
We were 3 adults together with 4 toddlers and we had a wonderful holiday. The house is directly situated at the waterfront. In spite of a huge renovation the house could maintain its traditional charm and is in great shape. Both sauna and fireplace created a cosy atmosphere. I can really recommend this house.

Cosy & spacious
Cosy and spacious holiday house and amidst the enchanted “Spreewald”. Quietly situated – we were here in March. Nice caretaker on the surroundings. Handling the luggage and the transfer by boat is a nice start for the holiday. We were 6 in total and really enjoyed our time here.
