The server log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes stated, at the latest after [7 days – please check with your actual hosting provider], unless longer retention is required in exceptional cases to investigate a security incident.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we will process the personal data you provide, in particular your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry.

6. Hosting

Our website is hosted by a hosting provider commissioned by us.

The hosting provider processes the data necessary for the technical provision, security and stability of the website. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, access times, pages visited and technical information about the end device used.

Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Insofar as the hosting provider processes personal data on our behalf, this is done on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you access an embedded Google Maps map, your IP address and technical information about the device you are using may, in particular, be transmitted to Google. Depending on how the map is embedded, further data may also be processed.

13. Transfer to third countries

Personal data will only be transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area insofar as this is permitted under data protection law.

Where personal data is transferred to the USA or another third country, this is done on the basis of the relevant requirements set out in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

This may include, in particular, an adequate level of data protection recognised by the European Commission, certification under an applicable adequacy decision, or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

No reliance is placed on the former EU-US Privacy Shield.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
